Digging Deeper

Taking the time to uncover the reason why I fear to be judged, rejected, or be left alone has been so valuable for me lately.

I had to keep asking “WHY?” Why do I fear, what exactly does that fear stem from? What can I do about it?

This is freeing once I let go of that feeling. I am brave, I am loved, and I am cared for.

Reminding myself of this brings me back to being centered and aligned with my values and purpose.

I know I can make a difference. I know I can help people. I am more than capable.

I am still learning but I can still speak out on what I know and what I am learning about along my journey.

I am no expert, but I can still make an impact on others.

The vision I have for myself and my family is becoming more clear and doable.

I am treating my life goals and aspirations serious enough to plan for, work on, and remain persistent until I get there.

I am happy! I am happy that I am progressing and I get to learn. This is not a sprint, it is a marathon. I am building the foundation to set myself up for the best opportunity I can to achieve my goals.

Staying present in the moment and enjoying each day. That is part of the process. I am much more patient with myself and learning not to be so hard on myself.

Awareness is the first step. Next is doing something about it. If you don’t like how something is going or how you’re feeling, take action. Experiment. Read. Journal. Meditate on these thoughts.

This is not advice to anyone, simply what I have done to get myself out of the same circle of stories I had kept telling myself for years. These are also reminders for me on what I am learning about on my journey.

If some of this doesn’t make sense. That is okay. The timing of it has to be right. The mindset as well.

Love and be Lovable. Give, help, create, be different. Be a child, free, play, think for yourself and do what feels right to you, not society.

Don’t give in, stand out, there’s only one you. Don’t be vanilla, the magic happens when your unique self is aligned with your daily actions. Do what you love, you don’t need permission. We have this Internet where it opens up so many doors and an abundant amount of opportunities to do so much.

Connect with others, listen more than you speak. You don’t learn anything new when you speak.
